About World Brief Now

World Brief Now is conservative news and commentary: a fast, plain-language briefing on the most important world news, the President and the White House, and the Supreme Court, published six times a day.

Our mission

Give busy Americans the facts quickly, show exactly where each fact comes from, and tell you plainly what we think it means, in a clearly labeled section. We believe in a strong, secure border, a growing economy with lower taxes and restrained spending, the Second Amendment, faith and religious liberty, limits on government overreach, a strong national defense, and courts that follow the Constitution as written.

What we publish

• Six updates a day at 6 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 5 PM and 9 PM Central Time, each with a short written briefing and a quick video brief of about one minute.
• An Evening Wrap of about three minutes that recaps the day's biggest developments.
• Three beats:
  • World: conflicts, diplomacy and national security.
  • White House / President: executive actions, official statements, and Congress where it shapes presidential policy.
  • Supreme Court: rulings, orders and the emergency docket, cert grants, oral arguments and the Court's term calendar.

Facts and analysis, kept apart

• Facts are verified and linked. Every news summary is based on verified reporting or official records, and every item links to its sources so you can read the original for yourself.
• Analysis is labeled. Every story ends with a What This Means (Conservative Analysis) section: why it matters to conservatives and ordinary Americans, and what to watch next. It is kept visibly separate from the facts and never adds facts that aren't in the linked sources.
• Sources across the spectrum. We use AP and Reuters, official sources such as whitehouse.gov, supremecourt.gov and court filings, and outlets including Fox News, The Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, the Washington Examiner, the Washington Free Beacon, The Daily Wire, The Federalist and The Washington Times, along with other major news organizations.
• Accountable. When we get something wrong, we fix it and say so. See our corrections policy.

Our video briefs

Our video briefs will be presented by an AI-generated news anchor: a fictional presenter, not a real person. Each video reads from the same sourced script as the written update and is clearly labeled as AI-presented. Video briefs are launching soon; until then, each update is published in written form.

How we use technology

We use software tools, including AI, to monitor news, draft summaries and produce video. Tools don't replace our standards: an item is published only when every fact in it can be matched to the sources it links. Read more in Sources & Methodology.
