U.S. pushes new Russia-Ukraine talks, with the UAE as host
The United States has proposed a technical-level, three-way meeting with Ukraine and Russia, with the United Arab Emirates as a possible venue, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Friday. The Kremlin said a trilateral meeting could happen soon but gave no details. Separately, EU countries agreed to release $7.5 billion in EU funds linked to military aid for Ukraine.
